Making waves in the Europe & US markets with eco-friendly heating equipment

To ride on the regulatory push and government incentives for renewable energy sources and decarbonization, our client needed an aggressive market entry plan to launch a green solution heat pump in Europe and the US. A timely and success launch was critical to help our client grow market share and build brand presence. However, due to the complex ecosystem of the category, a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the B2B & B2C journey was needed to feed into the marketing & innovation plan.


The Central Question: How can we capitalize on the push for renewable energy products to grow market share in the Europe and US markets?


We designed a mixed methodology approach combining desk research, diaries and interviews with end consumers and installers to deliver a holistic understanding of the category. Insights from the research were used to identify opportunities for the client to deliver value both upstream and downstream.
